CABIN DESCRIPTION
The cabin sits in the woods overlooking the Marsh. It has a large deck, full kitchen, table, chairs, 2 queen beds, shower, and a composting toilet on the main floor. A double bed in a small loft. **ALL CABINS COME WITH STOVE/OVEN (PROPANE OR ELECTRIC), FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, SINK, TOASTER & COFFEE MAKER & ELECTRIC HEATERS. BEDDING AND TOWELS INCLUDED.**

Shower, composting toilet and sink. Flush toilets located nearby at The Gathering Place.
Parking
Parking is 50m/100 feet from cabin. Luggage trolley available for use.

2 Queen beds located in main living area on first floor and a double floor mattress located in a small sleeping loft.

All prices based on double occupancy. Additional people are $8 per night per person.
We are pet friendly! There is a 15$ per pet per night charge to cover cleaning. Please keep dogs off furniture and beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.
Stays of 3 nights or less require FULL payment within 24 hours. To hold your reservation of 4 nights or more a 50% deposit required by e-transfer within 24 hours, and the balance is due 1 week before your stay.
We accept e-transfers, cash (please inquire first) and credit cards over the phone (4% surcharge applies). If you are from the US, please contact us for payment methods.
A full refund will be given if cancellation is made before June 15th and after September 15th. Refunds for reservations between June 15th-September 15th are subject to our ability to re-rent the cabin. An exception would be made in the case of sickness or a death in the family.
