CABIN DESCRIPTION
Winterized cabin in the woods overlooking the marsh, bay, and lighthouse. The main floor has a full kitchen, table and chairs, futon, queen bed, composting toilet and shower, along with a small deck in back. The loft has two double beds and a large balcony overlooking the marsh. **ALL CABINS COME WITH STOVE/OVEN (PROPANE OR ELECTRIC), FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, SINK, TOASTER & COFFEE MAKER, ELECTRIC HEATERS. BEDDING AND TOWELS INCLUDED.**

Parking is 100m/200 feet from cabin. Luggage trolley available for use.

1 Queen bed plus narrow sofa bed located in main living area on first floor and 2 Double beds located on second floor.

All prices based on double occupancy. Additional people are $8 per night per person.
We are pet friendly! There is a 15$ per pet per night charge to cover cleaning. Please keep dogs off furniture and beds. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after.
Stays of 3 nights or less require FULL payment within 24 hours. To hold your reservation of 4 nights or more a 50% deposit required by e-transfer within 24 hours, and the balance is due 1 week before your stay.
We accept e-transfers, cash (please inquire first) and credit cards over the phone (4% surcharge applies). If you are from the US, please contact us for payment methods.
A full refund will be given if cancellation is made before June 15th and after September 15th. Refunds for reservations between June 15th-September 15th are subject to our ability to re-rent the cabin. An exception would be made in the case of sickness or a death in the family.
