It has a 2 single beds and sofa that turns into a double bed, propane stove/oven, small fridge, sink, toilet and shower, air conditioning and electric heat. **THIS TRAILER COMES WITH PROPANE STOVE, FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, SINK & COFFEE MAKER. BEDDING AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED**
